Guidelines for Professional Conduct in the Protection of Children and Young People

A set of guidelines for Professional Conduct in the Protection of Children and Young People (NSW Catholic System Schools) has been developed collaboratively across the Dioceses of NSW and ACT.  The guidelines promote a common understanding of expected behaviour for all people working in or providing services in Catholic Systemic Schools including staff of Lumen Christi.  Download the Guidelines here.

Feedback and Complaints

Lumen Christi values feedback from those who contact the College in order to address issues of concern and/or improve the services we provide. All complaints received about school operations, staff or services will be handled confidentially, openly, fairly, respectfully and in a timely manner. Confidentiality requires that complaints and the complainant are afforded due privacy to the extent that is required to judiciously deal with, resolve and avoid a reoccurence of the issue.    More information about our Complaints Policy is available here.
